Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. That's why we offer a simple 30 days Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will issue you a full refund for your purchase price. Return restrictions apply to customized or special order items.
- All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier. The delivery service and RCH Supply Co. should be notified immediately of any visible damage to the merchandise upon receipt.
- All claims must first be reported to the carrier and then to RCH Supply Co. within 5 working days. We will supply any information necessary for the completion of your claim. All items being returned must be returned in original condition and packing, as such please hold all packing and original boxes until inspection can be made, or claim is approved.
- All returns past our 30 Days return policy require a return authorization.
- Returns that have been authorized outside of our 30 Days return policy, those that are not returned in their original packing, are damaged or missing parts are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges as applicable.
- Original shipping & handling charges for all returns, other than defected or wrongly shipped items, are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount.
- All return shipping costs are assumed by the buyer, other than defected or wrongly shipped items.
- All customized orders are considered non-cancelable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, any orders that require custom cut sizing, custom finishing, special order from factory and/or are assembled or glued to order.
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will provide a shipping label for the exchange.
- Download and complete this form and include it with your shipment.
