Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of RCH Hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily assist you in finding the right product or work with you on returning your item(s) for a refund.

A refund will be issued for qualifying product(s) returned as long as it meets the following criteria:
Item(s) must be returned…
- Within 30 days of receipt
- Enclosed in its original packaging
- With all hardware enclosed (if applicable)
- Without any signs of installation or damage of any kind
Please complete our Returns Feedback form to include with your return so we can easily identify your order.
- All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for authorization if it has been over 30 days since you received your order, restocking fees may apply, please see the Returns Restrictions section for more information.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving them. Refunds are issued upon return processing and can take up to 1 week to be credited to your original form of payment.
- In the event of a return, outgoing shipping costs are not refunded, except for misshipped or defective items that end up being returned (instead of replaced).
- If you received a defective item or something you did not order, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement.
- All returns are to be repacked in their original packaging, with packing material on all sides of the product(s). If you have discarded the original packing material, you are responsible for packaging the item(s) securely, as to prevent damage during return transit.
- All orders placed through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Houzz, Walmart, and Wayfair must be returned by following the returns process set by the platform you ordered from. This is important for the order and transaction records for that platform, but most importantly because these sites will not allow us to issue a refund unless the customer has initiated a return. Please always defer to the returns policy of the site you ordered through and follow their return instructions so your refund is processed properly and timely.
- All customized orders are considered non-cancelable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, any orders that require custom finishing or lacquering, special order from factory, and/or are assembled or glued to order.
In the event a non-returnable item is sent back as a return, a refund will not be issued. Please see the Return Restrictions below for more information.
A 25% restocking fee is assessed on the following:
- Returns that have been authorized past our 30 day return policy
- Products returned without original installation hardware
- Welded chains cut to custom lengths
Non-returnable products include:
- Items that have custom finishing such as polishing, brushing, or lacquering.
- Welded chain cut to custom lengths measuring less than 2 feet regardless of material
- Any assembled/glued cabinet and door hardware product
- Special orders or made-to-order products
- Items that have installation damage and/or are no longer in resellable condition
