Shipping and Handling
- Shipping takes place from our warehouse in Blaine, WA, during our hours of operation which are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (Pacific Time). We do not ship on Weekends or Federal Holidays.
- Product orders (with the exception of made-to-order crystal cabinet & door knobs) generally ship out next business day or within 48 hours, unless customer clarification is needed, in which case we will contact you and hold your order until we receive clarification.
- Urgent and Overnight Shipping orders placed after 1 pm (Pacific Time) ship out next business day. Please call us at 360-392-8121 if you must have your order shipped the same business day, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Please ensure the ship-to address during check-out is correct. We are not responsible for any non-deliverable or wrong addresses.
- Shipping and handling charges are added to your cart upon checkout and are determined by package weight, delivery location, and the shipping speed selected at checkout.
- You will receive tracking information via email when your order is processed.
- We take all precautions to ensure goods are checked and packed safely before shipment. Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier.
- Any visible damage to the box and merchandise must be notified to the delivery service upon receipt. All claims must first be reported to the carrier and then to RCH Hardware within 5 business days. We will supply any information necessary for the completion of your claim. Please HOLD ALL PACKING AND ORIGINAL BOXES UNTIL INSPECTION CAN BE MADE, or claim is approved.
- Shipping costs may vary compared to what is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change shipping rates after checkout is complete and will contact customers in order to make those changes
- Lead times may vary as all products may not be in stock and/or are not stocked in the same warehouse, please contact our sales office to determine lead time for your order.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipping, so please ensure the shipping address you provide is one that the carriers can accommodate. Most orders with free shipping will ship via USPS, so if your shipping address is not one USPS can deliver to, please select a paid shipping option at check out.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped best way via common ground carrier unless we are instructed to use a specific shipping service. We do not assume responsibility for delayed, lost, or stolen packages via common ground carrier service and recommend our clients to opt for FedEx or UPS services offered at an additional charge.
- For orders shipped via common ground carrier, please allow 6-10 business days after the date of your purchase for your order to arrive.
- If you are located in or around Whatcom County, WA and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us to arrange to do so.
International Shipping Policy
- RCH Hardware can provide international shipping using air and ocean transportation services. We reserve the right to evaluate international orders for all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
- International orders can be delayed due to customs inspections and for all various reason. Please allow an additional 7 business days for delivery beyond expected delivery date.
- We offer Standard & Expedited Shipping services for international orders.
- International tracking may not be available when using Standard shipping service, and as such, we do not assume responsibility for undelivered and/or damaged packages sent via standard mail service.
- International shipping costs displayed at checkout or amounts quoted for custom orders are related to carrier delivery costs only. Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, duty, or taxes levied at time of import.
